Sushibar Wine - Oslo

Most of the sushi dishes are lightly seared. Although this seemed weird, we actually thought they were generally pretty good. The thing that was a real disappointment was the wine. We had figured with wine in the name we could count on it being good, but my wife didn't finish her glass, which never happens.

Had your sushi very recently and wow! I was very impressed by the quality and freshness. I have eaten a lot sushi all over Oslo but guys… you have a new regular. Well done!

So fresh and tasty. Love the atmosphere and design of the new restaurant at Valkyrien. Lovely staff. I would recommend this place for a night with good friends, or a lunch with family!

I went here with a couple of friends and we all really enjoyed it. It’s a Finnish chain and this one has just opened in Oslo. The menu is extensive, I had grilled halibut and mushrooms, which was enough for me and tasty. Great service and ambience too.

Special sushi restaurant with creative kinds of sushi. Very nice interior. Theu specialie in braising the fish that goes on the sushi.
