Starbucks - Ossining

Paid for a venti coffee and received half a cup. This is the second time it happened

I have had multiple experiences ordering from this restaurant and almost every time they have gotten my order wrong or given me someone else's order. It is unacceptable. I strongly advise against ordering from this location. I used to work at Starbucks myself and this level of service is unacceptable.

The restaurant experience was not good. I ordered the verti cup, but they only gave me a small portion.

I hadn't been to this restaurant in a while and was delighted to be greeted by such friendly staff! I requested a new drink and to my surprise, it was provided. I enjoyed it so much that I will definitely be ordering it again in the future.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly. I really enjoy the caramel frappe!
