I order on the go walk in as it saves time, but repeatedly I order walk in orders and the lobby is locked. The only way to get my order, a single coffee, that I already paid for (with no way of getting a refund) is to sit in the drive thru for 10+ min. This location is consistently short staffed (maybe 2-3 people working on a busy shift) and the wait is horrific. If the lobby will be locked then the business should be turning OFF the walk in on the go orders. I’ve seen other dunkins do this in the past. I was hoping these issues were just “one of those days” and I’ve given it so many chances, but it is the norm for this location and I won’t be going back.
