Landhaus Meyer - Osterode am Harz

Beautiful small restaurant café with relatively many places on the terrace. During a hike we stopped here. The menu was quite short, but changes were no problem at all (e.g. for a vegetarian meal). Everything is freshly prepared here and you also taste it. The fish was nicely tender and not overgart. The frying potatoes were crispy (possibly a little too fat) and prepared for the vegetarian even without bacon (network included). It seemed to be a family business. The grandfather also helped. It is a shame that we could not taste the homemade cake (we wanted to go on) but it is worth coming back.

The restaurant is highly recommended. Our dishes were very delicious, the prices were normal. The service is very friendly. The house is small, the guest room has not many places and is very cozy. If we're back close, we're definitely back.
