Maestro Kvarterskrog - Ostersund

I had two disappointing experiences at this restaurant that I feel are important to mention. The first issue occurred on 5/28 when I ordered a 150g BBQ cheeseburger that was raw on the inside and cold in the middle, despite having a good crust on the surface. I requested a refund for the burger due to it being undercooked, resulting in poor service. The second problem happened on 06/27 when I ordered two chicken rolls for delivery through the Foodora app, but the food never arrived at my house. A total of SEK 204, including the delivery fee, was deducted from my account with no food delivered. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone based on these experiences, so I give it a 1/5 rating.

Very happy with very good pizzas and nice staffs thumbing up

I will definitely be visiting this restaurant again as they serve delicious, fresh local pizza and have a friendly staff.
