The swimming pool is great, I don't know the hotel... the only thing I know is that after today's experience with the hotel restaurant staff, I will never visit there again in my life. I have probably never experienced that anywhere in the Beskydy. The waitresses are arguing with each other all over the restaurant. After half an hour, we started to observe the confusion when the food was carried from one table to another, but what the pensioner waitress was able to do, I was surprised all day. She brought us only 2 meals out of 3 ordered, and when my starving two-year-old daughter wanted to start eating, she quickly ran to our table and took the plates with food without apology. It was definitely our meal, because we had the breast and porridge combined. We waited another 15 minutes and then she just shouted from the door that the stupid cook hadn't even started to cook ours. And no apology either. I guess he wasn't the only one there who was so stupid when no one even brought us the water we ordered in 45 minutes. So hungry and dry we packed it in there and about 5 other tables too and met downstairs for fries. That restaurant should change staff quickly. Service: 1

We were 2 families with small children (1 4 years) and both parents and children had a great time. Great experience play areas, pools with slides, indoor pool in the hotel next door included in the price, nice food, service, possibility of private wellness in the evening...
