I had the opportunity to test two diets: standard and for women. The standard diet is very tasty, you just need to improve the amount of vegetables and fruit in your diet. Unfortunately, when it comes to the diet for women, it is a failure. The menu is not well thought out and very bland, the diet is only supported by second breakfasts such as cocktails and some sweet oatmeal or carrot cake, which was amazing! The rest needs improvement. The dishes were bland and very small in quantity.

The diet is always on time, with a text message from the driver that it has been delivered. Compared to other companies, where there were accidents of stale food or lack of e.g. second breakfast, I have never experienced anything disturbing in your diet, everything was always tasty and perfect. And most importantly, my results have improved (I had major deficiencies), and now I feel better and I save a lot of time that I would otherwise waste on cooking. I honestly recommend it to everyone, because the food is so fresh and tasty that it beats the competition.

And the most important thing is that I feel very good after these meals, and as a food allergy sufferer, I react negatively to any chemicals in food.
