D1 - Ostrovacice

The D1 restaurant is in a strategic location and is an ideal choice if you don't want to drive. The service is nice, the food is varied, the prices are reasonable and the interior is decorated very imaginatively. The only thing I would criticize is the length of waiting for the ordered food. Since this is the second time we've waited 30 minutes or more for our food, unfortunately I have to go down with the rating. We discovered that this is due to one kitchen cooking for two places. If this is true, then I would think about whether I want to keep the guests waiting and stress the staff. If the situation improves, I will gladly give all 5 stars because this place deserves it. Great place to eat by the highway. They have a menu during the week and the whole family will enjoy it. Staff very helpful and pleasant. I recommend. Service: 5 Location: 5

Hotel D1 USED to be our favorite, we even recommended it. It 's still stylish, but this was our last visit. We had the honor to find out how ZTP guests live here!!!! The ZTP room here is obviously a punishment, which even as a (so far) healthy person I consider outrageous and obscene, and I sincerely feel sorry for wheelchair users who wander in here. The room is the farthest from the elevator and WiFi range, but right next to the stairs and with windows above the garbage and the noisiest traffic under the window. According to Hotel D1, ZTP apparently do not need a single shelf in the closet or in the bathroom, let alone a hook! They also don 't need pictures (they are in the other rooms) or Czech programs on TV. The light under the door from the hallway disturbs the whole night. I am not able to assess how a wheelchair user would realistically move comfortably in the room, but the water after using the shower is on the floor of the entire bathroom! The staff at the reception agreed in the arguments regarding the above that it is ZTP after all!! Again, I 'm still (you never know) paycheck sane, but this argument really pissed me off. ZTP are not people??!! Breakfast is not what it used to be. Now all that was left was the bare base, tepidly supplemented by even more tepid and indifferent staff. The owner contacted in writing did not even respond and another responsible person referred us to a solution after her vacation. Alas..., during the last half year the quality of the kitchen went down brutally... it became a very average restaurant. There is no need to talk about waiting for service... shame. Location: 3
