Little Caesars Pizza - Oswego

You're losing my business because I've been calling for a year and they never answer the phone. It's become quite frustrating, and I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I'm going to Galena, where there are definitely better options available.

The pizza was tasty, but they forgot to include the sauce for the breadsticks, and many of the breadsticks in my order were undercooked.

Great prices for pizza! It's the perfect spot to grab and go, especially for any kind of party. Highly recommend!

An order in-store. I was told it would take 10-15 minutes. I'll wait in the store. A few minutes later, another employee asked if I helped. I said yes and he checked. 20 minutes later I asked if my order is ready, he said yes and helped me. I asked if it was ready for a while, he said I should come forward and ask for it. I did not appreciate that answer. I even said thank you at the end, I thought they would also thank their customers, he did not.

No complaints. Pizza was hot and ready at the time promised. Made well and tasty
