I came here at 2:45. I told them my order was for here. My name is called, the kid threw my bag on the counter. I asked if they could make my order for here as requested and they told me they only package food to go now. The dining room tables were dirty, there was no toilet paper in the restroom. I ordered a caesar salad there was no romaine. It was 95% kale 5% spring mix. Themanager walked by me to fill his drink and didn't even make eye contact with me. Usually management will stop at the table tosee how things are. Very disappointing, I will not be back.
The food is decent, but it's quite expensive. The employee at the counter was handing out drink cups but kept the lids at the counter. They didn't say anything, so everyone was confused and trying to fit the wrong lids on the cups. You'd think after a few people came looking for lids, they would start handing them out or at least put some by the soda dispenser. I was there for 30 minutes and saw at least 20 people struggling to find the right lids.
The food was decent, but I found it to be quite overpriced. I noticed that everyone was using the same $3.80 cup for soft drinks, filling it at the machine and struggling to fit both lids on before heading to the counter, where the lids were actually kept by the cashier. It felt a bit ridiculous; I was there to enjoy my meal, not to participate in an Easter egg hunt for lids. It just seemed unnecessary and frustrating.
The staff was friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. The food tasted just as delicious as at any other Noodles and Company location.
