Olive Garden - Oswego

The best thing about Olive Garden is not the food (although that's darn good also). The best thing about this place is the way the servers make you feel like you are dining at an extended family home. Even though this is a chain of restaurants, this authentic style of service is what sets Olive Garden apart from other similar outfits. A special shout out to M.J. who served us. You were wonderful

This location has gone down hill ever since (gm) Jessica left. Our last visit I watched a family of 4 walk out after an hour, only served drinks and a free appetizer. You can see patrons getting angry that drinks, bread, and salad was taking to long. Free wine samples haven't been offered in our last 5 trips, thinking they stopped offering it. The average plate is now 20 bucks for poorly microwaved pasta. Won't be going to olive garden as much as we used to.

Nice atmosphere. Jose is a very good waiter.The food was very good also.visited again and was very good .

Gnocchi soup was completely cold and lumpy when received. Calamari was completely soggy. What happened to the calamari? It was delicious years ago. Complete downgrade. Server made it right but please do some quality control before issuing out the food. I hate to complain but what can I do when im put in this situation?

Had a great time with My mom and aunt. The server was very attentive and the food was perfect. Places like this I expect to taste the same everywhere, so it's a solid choice. I live far from Oswago and didn't want to go to try a new place and have a bad experience. We had a great time, great food, and drinks.
