I came in and wanted a come with cookies and cream. I was very upset when I put the Ice-cream in the come and it WAS NOT cookies n cream. It looked like chocolate and tasted bad. Not sure what it was but I know it wasn't cookies n cream. I told the guy I wasn't getting the ice cream and threw the cone away. He told me I had to pay for the cone. Excuse me? You had the wrong sign above the ice cream and want me to pay for a cone?

Sadly I won't be going to TCBY anymore when a waffle cone filled 2/3 of the way costs over $8.00!
