Contribuisci feedbackI've been there twice this month and the food was really good as the server was too. It's a shame there's not more positive reviews. The whiskey ribs are delicious and fall off the bone.
We were enticed to come in based on a coupon for BOGO of the new Sauced and Grilled entree's. VERY VERY disappointing. I did order my steak rare. It came to me raw. Sent back for additional cooking, still came back raw. Service was attentive. We were there around 3:30 on a Saturday and would have expected a rush happening when we left around 5:00. Business was DEAD. They need to improve their food or we expect TGI Friday's Oswego will die soon.
Had a great time stopping into Friday's! We got sat right away and were given a few minutes to look over the menu. Definitely greatly appreciated they let us have a few minutes to decide, many restaurants rush to get your ticket orders in. We had Ruthie as our server, she was an absolute doll and extremely attentive to us and her other tables. Dylan was the bartender and he made us some really yummy margaritas! (Both these staff members were extremely nice! The food was really good as well, better than we had expected too. We definitely had a great time and we're impressed. The restaurant was very clean, same with the bathrooms. Some chain restaurants can be scary to eat at, but it was a very lovely, laid back experience for us!
Chips and salsa... Awful!! Food menu ... awful...waitress was nice...place was empty!! We ordered a cocktail and made the decision to leave not eat.
I would rate this a 6/10. Service was good but the food was very mediocre or mid, as my niece would say. We ordered the spicy chicken Sammy with fries and a coke and my wife had the bourbon chicken. Her food was actually way better than mine. I know this because I ate her leftovers. Regardless the food is going to be typical of a large chain but my preference is with chili 's. They are cheaper and the food tastes better.
