Contribuisci feedbackJust simply put; the absolute WORST star bucks I've ever been to in terms of customer service and sales.Background: Desperately needing to go to the restroom, I spend $20 to buy access to it thinking there are no other restrooms in the area for miles, but of course a Starbucks naturally will have one, only to be told after ordering that they did not.Fine... I'm the only customer in the store at the time, so my order will take just minutes and I'll be back on my hunt before I wet myself, so I asked them to just please expedite my order and I'll run somewhere else.15 min later, I'm still waiting... About to lose my bladder, and in the inerem, 20 kids show up who promptly get served within minutes after placing their orders as I stand there in pain dumbfounded. One after another get taken care of as I stand there like an idiot waiting on just 2 items.I understand the need for this location to kiss the butt of the local tween population, but that shouldn't come at the expense of other customers. I fear this negative review for the worst Starbucks I've ever been to will noboudt fall on deaf ears as my paltry $20 means nothing. But I couldn't stand by and not say something to alert any adults hoping to find customer service of any type at this long beach store.
The barista said they don’t have restroom for customers. Don’t go to this Starbucks because they don’t care about their customers. She said the restroom is only for employees. Only employees have restroom needs not the customers. Not getting my business anymore.
I debated back and forth whether I wanted to post about my experience this morning, however, given this has happened on a few other occasions I thought it was necessary. I religiously come to this place daily but after the last few interactions, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The level of service and attitude you receive from staff is subpar. Additional training is needed for staff who struggle with stress when it gets busy. If you want a sour start to your morning, go here.think I will support another location or a smaller coffee shop. Hopefully, they’ll get the customer service piece right.
Came here to buy my kids their usual oat milk matcha latte, but was served an impotable clumpy bitter green slurry that even 4 agave packets couldn’t remedy. Upon requesting a remake, the cashier informed me that Starbucks secretly changed their pre-sweetened Matcha to a new formula and many people have been complaining! Though the staff was happy to make another, unfortunately -and much to our dismay- it still came out bitter! Only after adding another cup of steamed oat milk and more agave did it start tasting like the drink my kids were used to. I was very upset with the experience, but not the staff! We don’t buy Starbucks much these days and I wanted to give my kids a lil treat.. if you want to switch formulas atleast alert people! Not cool Starbucks! Not cool.
