The Big Apple - Otorohanga

Stopped here on our way back from Waitomo Caves. Cafe was nice, the food was good and the staff was super friendly. Ate outside, was nice and peaceful. Got some ice cream from Big Azz and it was delicious as well.

Had some great cabinet food. Service was efficient. Atnosphere was good

Great little stop over. Nice ice cream too and the apple is a good spot for family photos

Big Azz ice creams are the best ice cream I have had in years!!! Visited here while on holiday, and had to make sure we went back at least once before we left again. Grabbed some cool t-shirts also!

Stopped in at the cafe today for a break from driving and had the most delicious mocha made for me. The service was really friendly and the staff are all 'people ' people. The cafe and deck were really inviting and they have Wifi! ha ha... Absolutely recommend the BIG Apple Cafe as a place to stop when you are travelling State Highway 3.
