Stopped here for an ice coffee on our way back from biking around south lake Biwa. Great view of the lake and the sun shines on this end of Otsu much more than by the southern border. Nice spot for a little mid way rest if you bike up the lake towards Maibara and come back down east side of the lake. Coffee was perfectly strong and flavorful.
