Arby's - Ottawa

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent, the food was fresh and hot, the order was correct, and it was the best Arby's compared to all the other nearby locations.

I am unsure about the music playing in this restaurant. It is a Christian station, which I find may be too fast-paced for dining. It may be better to have more neutral music playing instead.

The person taking our order at the drive-thru was very rude and impatient. We decided to leave and get our food from somewhere else.

Service sucked, food was cold and we waited a long time ,and they wouldn't give us more napkins, 3 families walked out cuz they waited too long..
