China Palace - Ottawa

First time diners at lunch at about 1:10 pm. The restaurant was very clean and we were greeted upon arrival. Our server was super sweet. Buffet was small but nearly everything we tried was really good! The LoMein and green bean entrees were empty when we arrived and the green beans just refilled when we left. Our server told us she had told the staff twice that they needed to be replenished. Then the egg rolls were gone and only 2 buttered potatoes remained. When we checked out, the gentleman who handled the transaction did not speak to us at all. No “Hello”, “How was your experience”, nothing. Not the best way to treat a customer. We love to do take out. We get 2 to 3 meals.
