Wendy's - Ottawa

Wow ! Not sure what words I can use to express my disappointment. I pulled up to order fries with a frosty (decadent combo) The kids were all types of excited and the sheer and utter disappointment!!!! French fries were not fried ..cold and stale AND the frosty did not frost me ? all the excitement of a frosty tasted more like a sad-me.! On top of that, my princess was in the back seat waving and shouting hi …hello …hey !!! to the workers and not one response ! Just the smug look of disappointment from the face of someone working a job they hate. Never again , next time I’m going to McDonald’s gonna try the fry/sundae combo, hopefully Ronald will be in a better mood ?

Do NOT order more than $15 worth of food because they WILL mess it up! Waited in the drive thru for over 20 mins. I get handed a bag of food. I drive off to check and I see it's not even my order. I go into the restaurant and have to wait 5 minutes in line. I tell them i got the wrong order. I get a dirty look and then i'm given another bag. I assume it's right this time so I leave. I get home, and I see it's STILL missing two things. Fries were definitely not fresh and tasted like nothing. Terrible experience will never come back.

This restaurant needs to be shut down it gives Wendy's a bad name the so called supervisor on duty could care less about the customers I threatened to call corporate and he replied go ahead I will still be reaching our to customer care looks like to me there are lots of bad reviews about this restaurant had I seen these before I visited I would have not gone as I think about it don't really know if I could trust what kind of food they.are serving if they don't care about the customers glad I didn't eat there and saved my money

We had a coupon so we decided to get food from Wendy's. Not only were they rude to my boyfriend, they gave us the wrong sodas, no straws, undercooked fries (that they almost forgot to put in the bag, and the driest chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life. We always have bad food and service when we go here, so I don't know why I expected it to be different this time, but it wasn't. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
