Wanted to place an order around 830pm and nope Closed yet store hours say different! Never again

You literally sold me an undercooked pizza and my son ate it and has been up all night puking pizza. he's 6.

This was a delivery order for dinner. I ordered the special. I had a large pizza with mushroom, pepperoni and sausage. My husband had pepperoni, bacon and onions. Both pizzas light sauce. He also ordered the boneless wings since it's .60 each today. I only ate one slice, but the pizza was delicious. I was kind of upset because i always order well baked, and they didn't do it. But it was ok. My husband ate 4 of his slices and all 6 of his wings. We will definitely be back again, but I will make sure they well bake mine.

When a restaurant is OPEN until 10pm, like any restaurant I’ve ever worked in, if a customer places an order before you CLOSE at 10, you fulfill it. You don’t take said order then call back And say nope sorry we can’t make your order even though you ordered before our closing time. Funny thing, my follow up call after to two OTHER pizza huts, both said they would honor The order and asked what I would like! Then explained i what happened, and they apologized for you, and to my upset kids! I’ll drive to Peru for my next PH. Highly disappointed.

Absolutely terrible. Pizza is NEVER cooked enough. There are so many better options. Do everyone a favor and close your doors
