The staff here are usually quite friendly, and a few of them even recognize me and inquire about how my day is going. The store itself is on the smaller side, and there are occasions when it appears to be understaffed, resulting in long lines. One thing that disappoints me, and this is more of a criticism towards Corporate, is that they have yet to reintroduce the self-serve bar where customers could customize their own coffee with cream, sugar, and other options. Many other coffee shops have already brought back this feature. When I request two milks in my coffee, the amount can vary depending on who prepares it, leading to inconsistency. Additionally, I prefer brown sugar over the white sugar that the staff typically use. I would prefer to be able to customize my own coffee, especially when ordering a simple drip coffee. I have started visiting Bridgehead more frequently as they have reinstated their self-serve bar. Furthermore, the recent changes to the rewards program, which now require twice as many stars to redeem rewards, are frustrating. It feels like Starbucks prices have already increased significantly, so the additional requirements seem unnecessary. Overall, I used to enjoy Starbucks, but I believe their quality is declining.
I really enjoy this restaurant! The coffee is delicious and the service is friendly.
Placed a mobile order arrived ten minutes later and still had to wait 20 minutes for my drink. Not super out of character for Starbucks recently.
Omg this place is outrageous. Always new stuffs. They don’t know what to do. Always missing items, missing orders in my coffee. Rude. Now I have to drive extra mile to get my coffee from different location.
The baristas do not know how to make coffee at this location. It’s always to watery, and they never follow instructions on the side of the cup. I will never get coffee from them again.
