Anabia Cupcakery Cafe - Ottawa

I liked the choices of cupcakes they had and the price was very reasonable. We had the birthday cake and skor cupcakes and they were both very delicious. This will be my go to cupcake spot! We also had coffee and the veggie breakfast sandwich both were very good.Vegetarian options: Enjoyed the veggie brekkie sandwich!

Great scones and good cupcakes. Cool vibe, but weird policy about charging for boxes and not letting you split a cupcake order into different sizes.

To say that i’m disgusted is an understatement. This could have made me so sick. I’ve heard so many good things about this place so I decided to try it out. I bought 2 cake pops today at around 2pm from this store. It was super beautiful inside and the employees were very nice. The first cake pop was absolutely fine but i was very upset to take a bite of the second one (the one in the photo) to find out it was absolutely covered in mold. Thank goodness I didn’t swallow any of it. Beware of the cake pops!

I always enjoy stopping here after yoga. Super atmosphere and cool patio now. They also have live music once in a while. They have created a great vibe. Check it out.

Good cupcakes, but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY RUDE. Not kids friendly at all! If you are a parent and want to still have a life and take your kid with you to have a coffee and a cupcake, this isn't the place to go. It is very, very unfortunate. They need training on basic customer service and friendliness. A smile would be nice... Hopefully, they find a way to improve that.
