Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Food is always just lukewarm. They are very stingy with the toppings.Vegetarian options: Dairy free cheese is a great option to have. Meatless crumble also (but I don't particularly like it)

Mucho Burrito is my go-to for fresh and delicious burritoes. I really enjoy the pork carnita ones in particular. Everyone is always really friendly and the food is very satisfying. The veggies are so fresh. While I agree that sometimes the tables arent cleared during busy times, I dont think this is very unusual for a fast food place. I will keep coming here and continue to support a wonderful business.Kid-friendliness: Lots of great options for littles too ?

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Portions were horrible and so small, my burrito bowl had barely anything i had to go home and add my own ingredients. The wanted to charge me extra because i asked for a little extra lettuce. Like who does that? It was 50$ for 2 burritos and a bowl, thats no even affordable in this day and age. They put no toppings on our burritos and bowl. The staff was rude and rushing not even paying attention. They put random toppings we didn't even want on them. We told them not to put it on and they didnt care at all.

By far the worst mucho in Ottawa. The portions they give are HORRIBLE. They are incredibly cheap with how much they give to the point my burrito bowl is barely half full. They need to fix this as it’s been a common thing with this location.

Did not make a good burrito, like charge me more, but at least make something proper with topping in it. The staff was not friendly at all.
