Parma Ravioli - Ottawa

Simply said. Great food, great service reasonable but escalating prices!

Recently tried Parma Ravioli's food- made a lovely mistake: cuz now i am hooked! The pasta sauces are amazing, ravioli vegetarian delicious. I have walked into the store several times after lunch hour around 2:00pm.... And the chef has always cooked on demand, a classic delicious pasta with generous veggies! Small pieces eggplant added to Pasta further enhanced the flavour! Service was fast and most times by the time i was home, food still remained hot. Red pepper sauce and Rose sauce both very good. i even brought red pepper sauce for home.....prepped dinner starting with finely chopped peppers in small squares, same with dark purple eggplant. Sauteed them on high heat. Simmered pasta sauce in another pan. Added all veggies, pasta and sauce together.... Voila delicious pasta dish ready to eat and serve to the guests! Remember to also add dry Parmesan cheese. Garlic bread is good too! if you go to Parma Ravioli..... i have to warn you...... you will get hooked like Me. In westboro- it has become my go to place for fresh food cooked with love. I use to to Thyme and Again- they have changed a bit, so my favourite place is Parma:

Fantastic, magical, desirable, maybe even a bit erotic? Great food selection, deli will knock your socks off. Prices great, food greater, lack of homeless people was perfect. A nice place down to earth amongst the hipster haven of stores in the area.

Best lunch counter in the city. Period Fresh affordable and delicious. Also Marina behind the cash is a gem, service with a smile. I go nowhere else for my fresh pasta.

Best place in Ottawa for freshly made pasta, however, they are on the pricey side. Simple flavour profiles in the dishes... great for Canadian palates but nothing authentic unfortunately if looking for amazing Italian food.
