Real Fruit Bubble Tea - Ottawa

I enjoy the coconut milk tea with strawberry popping pearls.

Ordered avocado smoothie. Found small pieces of wood type thing. Took it back the certified trainer that was serving me didn 't look too happy. She remade it for me but with no topping, when I told her that she didn 't add the topping she said you already had the topping so I paid over 11.00 dollars for a small avocado smoothie and still didn 't get what I ordered.

When I order a Taro its good. But whenever I order a mango slush with tapioca I found some strands of plastic in it and I can feel it in my mouth.

The Mango diamond smoothies have no chunks , no mango taste, lot of ice and it seems more like ice slush with yellow colour and mango flavour added… no fresh mango taste. Very disappointing. The one in Place de Orleans always served nice and tasty mango slushy but not this location.

We love real fruit but every once in a while, they mix up our order or just don’t pay attention to the order. We ordered a mango slush and strawberry and banana smoothie. I would not have known the strawberry and banana smoothie had strawberry in it. It was all banana and tasted like mashed banana baby food. Their customer service isn’t the friendliest and if you attempt to inquire about something regarding your order, you could be met with displeasure.
