Tim Hortons - Ottawa

I only stick to coffee now. The food is t the greatest. Pretty much made different everytime I’ve ordered!

Just went through the drive thru at approx 10:30 a.m on Oct 22, 2023 the steeped tea was lukewarm, the hot chocolate was basically brown cold water, and the old fashioned plain Tim bits were stale. I understand that sometimes things happen but 3 for 3? Definitely won’t be returning there.

Indian Ladies who work in this tim horton they are very rude and disrespectful. I was giving order from drive through coffee and tea. Its not the first time that she has been rude . I ordered medium tea but she didnt even let me talk, instead she yelled medium WHAT! they are rushing to get another customer before we even get our coffee in hand . so I felt really disrespected because we pay for the food we order we dont get it for free. If this keep happening no one will ever come to this tim horton…..

It's difficult to order donuts in a drive-thru, when you can't see the selection. You often ask for something that's not there. Then you have to ask what do they have? Then they'll say let me look. I always imagine it would be nice to have a live video screen of the current donuts on the drive-thru order menu.

One of the slower Tim’s around, usually some sort of mess up on your order (get the wrong thing, order a dd get a regular or tt or your food is not what you ordered), stale half the time. Ordered a large tt and 10 assorted timbits got a dd and 9 plain timbits
