Tim Hortons - Ottawa

Honestly avoid this Tim's if at all possible. Staff are egotistical and hardly listen to orders, resulting in incredibly long wait times and wrong food and drinks. Don't bother going in to get it fixed either, that's just another 20min disappointment. After going in myself to get it corrected, I watched an employee pour another contents of a cup into my new one .... Excuse me, but no. Just stay away.

Staff has poor customer service and are very impolite. They tried to rush me through the drive when taking my order and as well while I was checking my order to see if everything was in the bag. After spending 40+, I'm told to get out of the drive thru and when I told them I'm checking my order 2 of the employees started barking at me, like how rude. My food wasn't free, it was paid for, but tell you what this location will never get my again.

The food is fine, but the staff that interacts with the customer are the strangest, most arcane individuals I have ever seen. I think the owner might have drugged them or something, it is something else. Whoever wraps the sandwiches is really impressive though. Big props to that person.
