The chicken balls were extremely overcooked with a minute amount of chicken. The rice would have been decent if it weren’t for it being completely soaked in soy sauce. I will not be a repeat customer.
Ordered a large amount of food tonight for our corporate meeting it was incredibly good. Everything was warm and tasted excellent. Very nice, we will be ordering from here again!!!!!
Wanted to like this place as convenient in location. Ordered the pot stickers (pretty good) and dinner for two chicken balls, fried rice and almond guy ding. Here’s the mystery how can food that looks pretty good be so bad???? Inedible a few bites and then threw it all out. Won’t be back. Dragon Fortune up the street from them far better.
Food was not high quality. Ordered fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. Rice was heavily loaded with soy sauce and the chicken for some reason used the dark chicken meat making it taste soggy and gross. Low quality food overall.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent order from Ting's Kitchen through Uber Eats. The Pad Thai and Thai Fried Rice I ordered were both of very poor quality, to the extent that they were inedible and had to be thrown away.To resolve the issue, I initially contacted the restaurant to request a refund, as that was where I had placed my order. However, I was informed that the approval for the refund needed to come from Uber Eats because I had ordered through their platform. This has added to my frustration, as it feels like a convoluted process for something that should have been more straightforward.I am genuinely disappointed with this entire experience, and I regret to say that I won't be ordering from this restaurant in the future due to the poor food quality and the complexity of the refund process.
