Wei's Noodle House - Ottawa

I politely and gently inquired about the estimated time for my order, but the response was abrupt, stating, Don 't bother my staff; she 's in training, and you can 't ask questions because we 're so busy! Surprisingly, the owner yelled at me aggressively, even though I and his staff were communicating with smiles. I understand he might have been tired, but maintaining politeness even when exhausted is crucial in customer service.

STAY AWAY FROM THE RAMEN!!!DISGUSTING RUBBERY RAMEN!!!The ramen is not real. The toppings are chewy and the noodles aren't even ramen noodles. The Thai food is fine, but the ramen is misleading and false advertising.I don't trust the food quality of this place

Big servings. I wanted to try all of the vegan stuff on the menu because it all sounded delicious. Got the tofu veggie rolls and vegan meat vermicelli bowl. I would definitely eat here again. Wanted to try the desert as well, but didn't have a chance to.

I always get delivery from here and they have the best vegan food options!! I love this restaurant and I think it is a 100% must try. Some of the best food i’ve ever had.

Best vegan and Asian food in the city! I usually order delivery and the food is consistently excellent. Portion is huge, great flavour, and balanced (good mix of vege, carb, and protein)!
