Amaya Express - Ottawa

I quite enjoy Amaya's meals when I visit Rideau Centre and get deliveries through Uber Eats. I love the flavours of all the dishes and sometimes get a hankering for their mildly spicy dishes on a cold night. Delicious tandoori, curries and butter chicken. I get cravings for their kadhi pakora and spinach and cheese sometimes. The chicken biryani is so yummy too!! It's good value for tasty Indian cuisine in this city and from a fast-food set up.

Went here for a quick bite to eat. The service was quite friendly. I had the chicken naan wrap and it was quite tasty. Perhaps a bit overpriced but if you're looking for a quick Indian food fix, this place will do in a cinch. Definitely no regrets. Will return in the future.

As the other gent said, the naan is exquisite from the tandoor oven. If you want a really small bite just straight up get the naan for 2 bucks! We had the tika wrao and butter chicken. All very good for what it is: fastish food. Will def go again.

The food was terrible the last time I had in early this year.... <br/ The new owners have revamped the menu and have installed a  new tandoor oven .... which dishes heavenly Tandoori naans......<br/ <br/  The mango lassi is another fav.... heavenly.....<br/ <br/ Congratulations to the new Amaya.... for the generous portion of the food and friendly staff........
