barBurrito - Ottawa

I have been to this location a few times now. The burritos are fresh and full of flavors. I like to put on just about everything and they have not failed to satisfy. More fresh cilantro please. ????

Ok so if you want to compete with mucho burrito or burrito gringo at least offer the same or better food. First off they don't have fresh grilled veggies, if you want a vegetarian option they only have....soy!?! I ordered a burrito bowl and it was mainly beans. I asked for extra quacamole which they charge extra off course but in all they gave me at best 2 tablespoon. If you want "fresh" Mexican Grill drive the extra 3 km and go to burrito gringo on Merivale.

Ordered for delivery - Delivery took 1.5 hours eventhough I was told when I called 10 minutes after placing my order that it was on its way. When we got our food it was cold and bland to say the least. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone nor will I ever return

My friend and I walked in to see one of the employees dipping a chip into the guacamole directly from the customer ingredients who insisted he was testing out the ingredients. We ordered three quesadillas. I was unimpressed with the lack in selection of ingredients The quesadillas were cooked on the flat grill instead of being pressed and the tortillas ended up burnt. When the employee went to cut my quesadilla, he took the cutter out of the sink and cut it. Gross! Never going back!

Wanted to try this place should of stayed away. We like burritos that actually taste like burritos. First of all we wanted the combo with fries. The rude girl told us is not available. But you see there is a poster on the wall and in the storefront window but no not available. She was talking to us like we're incompetents!! Very rude and ignorant. We all had the tasteless burritos with different types of meat. They were all bland!! I had raw jalapeños in my burrito and they tasted like nothing? Odd. Not fresh!! Just gross. As were trying to eat our tasteless supper the manager or owner comes in not washing his hands and starts arguing with the rude girl. Not very professional. The other lady didn't understand English. Was lost and clueless. The place was empty. Now I know why. Should of gone to Popeye's!! Save your money go to taco bell for better food!!
