Baton Rouge Downtown Ottawa

We used to come to this place for great food and service. The food is still good, but the service....the plunders like old staff are gone, many new faces.... our waitress was terrible. Bad service ever! She told us how good she is... that she was a head of the hostess... then during the Kovid she took off, now she serves Bla, Bla, Bla... our water glasses were not refilled, we had to ask other servers for spices, never after 2. Drink, no deserts offer! The list goes on and on, but it insisted on writing a review and putting its name...we asked to talk to managers, their answer was not available. We had a terrible experience and will not come back. Where is your great staff so far???

We ordered the Sirloin Steak and the Baton Burger. The burger was packed with salad, tomatoes, and a large portion of fries. Unfortunately, the loaded baked potato was barely warm and had a grayish color inside.

Steak was so good that I visited this place several times during my stay in Ottawa. Very recommended.

Bad customer service ever! Not friendly, very rude waiters. Don't waste your time and money there! Very expensive for a very bad service. I don't recommend at all.

Again, not a restaurant for everyday dining because it's not inexpensive. However, for a special occasion it's a great choice. I generally go here for ribs, but if you're not into that there's a wide variety of options. All of my mother, brother and I...were very happy with the quantity and quality of the food--and at least one member of the party is very particular about their crustaceans. The staff were friendly and quick, which is always appreciated. We really enjoyed the meal.
