Bento Sushi - Ottawa

Great sushi, sashimi, etc. all for slightly more than that weird grocery store stuff. Don 't let the name 'Bento Sushi ' scare you off; this isn 't the chain of such-named restaurants but a much better, hole-in-the-wall local spot. I 've had many different dishes from here and never regretted it in the slightest.

Fantastic discovery!! I never would have stumbled upon this gem without Urbanspoon. The sushi was delicious and the owner/chef was incredibly welcoming- I was pleasantly surprised to receive an extra complimentary maki piece. I tried the 'Midnight Sun' roll, which was flavorful and the individual maki pieces seemed to have a light grilled touch. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in the area.

The sushi here is great! The owner/ sushi chef is knowledgable, friendly and has excellent customer service.The store is unassuming, tucked in a strip mall, but the sushi is fantastic. I will be a repeat customer!

The sushi delivery was great. We ordered online and although our first choice wasn't available, the restaurant called to let us know. They offered to substitute it with something else, which was much appreciated. The sushi was delicious, even after being delivered. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend.

This hidden gem is a fantastic little sushi bar owned and operated by a young Korean guy. The menu may be simple, but the dishes are incredibly delicious. My friends and I stopped by for lunch one day and have been returning ever since. Just to clarify, this place is nothing like the bento boxes you see in grocery stores. Lol.
