Cafe Cristal - Ottawa

Beautiful decor, humble atmosphere, lively staff, delicious food (the apple tarts... *swoon* , tasteful drinks... I am convinced that this place can do no wrong. Hands down the best café I have ever been to. I am lucky enough to live just around the corner, and I am there almost every weekend! Always a great place to bring a friend to chat, do homework, or even just hang out by yourself. I cannot say enough good about Café Cristal.

It was a bit crowded due to a party, but the food was delicious and the decor was lovely. There was a slight wait for made-to-order items, but overall it was a pleasant experience! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. - Caroline

We love this cafe! They have a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. We ordered their sweet crepe with caramalized​ peaches and it was delicious! It was a generous portion that we were able to share, which was great since we both could not get enough of this crepe. They have lots of different tea options to choose from and even gelato! We look forward to returning in the near future.

The food at this cafe is superb and the staff members are outstanding. I highly recommend this charming little restaurant.
