Copper Branch - Ottawa

The restaurant is closed but still appears as "open" on Skip The Dishes, leading to customers wasting money on orders that will never be fulfilled. It's deceiving and unfair. The restaurant should be removed from these delivery sites. It also takes 5 days to get a refund, which is frustrating. Thank you for nothing.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant online. I placed my order with plenty of time (3 hours) in advance, but unfortunately it was cancelled at the last minute. I was not happy, especially when trying to provide a meal for my family of 6. I will not be ordering from here again.

This Copper Branch restaurant is top-notch. Everything I've tried here is consistently delicious, and the ingredients are exceptionally healthy. The menu features lots of veggies, whole grains, and no frying. My favorite dish is the General Copper bowl with the amazing vegan meat. The smoothies are also fantastic - no added sugars or syrups. Don't pay attention to any negative reviews about the staff being rude, as I've always found them to be friendly. My personal favorites are Gaetana and Michael, but all the staff members are great. Overall, I would give this place an A+.

Good food but very rude staff. Can improve on the potion size, especially for burger

Great place I usually go to the Barrhaven location so I was worried that this location might make my usual Copper Deluxe Burger and Chico salad differently. However, they made it absolutely wonderful, and they were kind enough to give my friend and I a free cookie ? Will definitely stop by again?
