Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Ottawa

I didn't know they were open late for 2 years. I think they need a better sign while their competitor down the street has lines of 20 minutes. No lineups in the drive-thru. The staff inside are genuinely nice people. That's another thing you can dine in until 1:00 in the morning

New management just took over at this location. They were super friendly and helpful! We needed a custom printed birthday cake within a few days, while many other dqs in the area just said they couldn’t do it. This team went above and beyond to make this happen. Super appreciate it!

Staff are very kind, patient with indecisive kids and helpful. Ice cream treats were perfect. The entire building from floors to windows need to be cleaned properly though. Everything looked and feels dirty. Specially the bathrooms. Smell really bad. Aside from this everything else is great

I recently visited this Dairy Queen location and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. In particular, I had the pleasure of interacting with a staff member named Bhani. She was extremely helpful and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and ensure that my order was exactly what I wanted. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made my visit to Dairy Queen even more enjoyable. As for the food, I was very impressed with the quality and taste. The poutine I ordered was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were perfectly crispy. Overall, I would highly recommend Dairy Queen to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal or dessert.

Came in Saturday Night, May 13, 2023 at 9:53 and had the best experience at any eating establishment. The team is so friendly and kind and the ice cream was scrumptious. Every person working tonight deserves a raise. 6/5 rating.
