Dairy Queen (treat) - Ottawa

This location barely puts any topping in your blizzard. They need to step it up. Didn’t want to pay 6-7$ for a cup of soft serve ice team with lil bits of whatever blizzard of choice I had.

Was there this morning,the gentleman behind the counter.Was very nice,and friendly and made.An amazing banana split,so far best in Ottawa.

Excellent and friendly customer service! My boys and I were served by Richard and he was wonderful! I did not check the store hours and arrived at Carlingwood mall shortly after closing. All the store lights were turned off and everything was closed but I asked my son to pick a cake from behind the glass freezer so I could return the next day for the purchase. Richard popped out from the back of the store and offered to help us anyways even though DQ was closed. He explained the cake styles, asked what colour of ink we wanted on the cake and patiently packed everything, all the while being cheerful. He made our day and saved me a second trip! My son commented on how nice he was after we left. Keep up the work!! This is the type of service that builds customer loyalty!

On a sunny Saturday my wife and I had lunch at the Heart and Crown pub off Preston St in Little Italy. Then we strolled and sight saw in the park near Dow's Lake. Beautiful afternoon. Lovely place to relax and sightsee.

I always stop by for an orange juice! A nice treat to walk around the mall with while waiting for everyone to finish shopping! Service is always good! Delicious!
