It was terrible experience ever had.A female server forgot to punch the order and we waited around 30-40 mins.I walked to the bar counter and told the server that we haven’t gotten our order. The server even didn’t apologize and what she said was “Okay, so do you want to leave?” I tried to be respectful so I asked “Can I know how long it will take to get our food?” I was expecting that she would give me a respectable response but what she said was “oh well, the kitchen just made the food so I can just go to your table right now. What do you want to do?” I was really mad how she responded to me.BUT the food was even not for us…it was for another table. The female server came back to our table and re-took our order but no apologies still. She told us that food will be ready in 5-7 mins. But we ended up waiting another 15-20 mins. The food was ready dry and definitely low quality. I can’t believe I paid $30 for these food. It was really disappointing.I would not go back to the restaurant again if I’ll have the same experience.
While we were there for lunch, we loved the idea of “breakfast all day”. I had a club sandwich which was very good and my friend ordered a Philly cheesesteak. Being from Philly, we’re always interested in what other areas do with this item. While it wasn’t really like you’d get in Philly, it was very good. The meat and cheese were different, but he enjoyed it along with his side of poutine (first timer). Pleasant place with nice service. We would go back.
The 4 of us went there bcs it used to be good. Negative experience this time. Positives: good location, nice, chill ambiance, tasty home fries. Negatives: 1) worst service ever almost nothing of what we asked for was delivered asked for mushrooms in omelette, none added; asked for bread not to be toasted, it came toasted;asked for coffee, came in so late; asked for non mushy eggs, came with lots of runny stuff);waitress didn't inform about the extra charge on rye bread $0.70 for small rye bread ends that were served), and attention to customers was almost inexistent wanted the bill, but waitress was watching tv, when I finally got her attention..and she went to get he bill, she stopped to chat for some good minutes with a friend customer); 2) sub par food quality and quantity slivers of smoked meat, bacon was so thin that it was almost transparent, minuscule rye bread slices; burnt coffee, etc); 3) the added basic sides the extra $2 bcs it was past noon on a Sat made the bill come to $80 smth 4 ppl, with tax and tip 10%, shouldn't have left any tip!)for some basic brunch; 4) poor cleanliness of washroom. It was so bad, that I needed to leave this review, which is actually the 2nd review in my life. Owners: invest in training, and improve food quality and price transparency.
A quiet, reasonably priced restaurant in the Glebe. The milkshakes are very good, the home fries well seasoned, and the portions a little small but good for me because I don't eat very much. The omelet was nice, but a little underwhelming.Wheelchair accessibility: It is not wheelchair accessible.
This was the second time I’ve eaten here. The first time was a breakfast special, not hard to get right. This time….Saturday, lunch, party of three and the food was gross. Burger looked as unappetizing as it tasted. The wait staff said it’s a Costco frozen burger. Come on seriously? You’re a restaurant/diner, you can’t make a decent burger?Don’t waste your money here!
