Flavours Of Kerala - Ottawa

I cannot recommend this Kerala restaurant. The food is overly spicy and overpriced. Additionally, the portion sizes are quite small.

Ordering four 16oz meals for $100 does not come with rice or Naan bread. Recieved Styrofoam soup bowls with sauce and meat that did not survive delivery and couldn't be eaten.

An excellent, independent restaurant, with amazing food. The owner is friendly and personable, He's more than willing to cater to personal preferences (heat level of food, added veggies, etc). He makes everything in-house as it's ordered, so you know it's freshly made. I highly recommend!

Ok so I took some time to write the review but after spending that much money I thought I should. Overall not worth it at all. The sambar was the worst that I have eaten ever. If you can't make proper sambar at a Kerala restaurant you should be in business. Everything else was mediocre to bad and we struggled right through the meal.

Food is a bit pricey but very fresh! Highly recommend this place.
