The food was great, especially the spicy crispy big shrimp are amazing. The combo meal was also delicious.

I was unable to redeem the 2-for-22 deal because the app was down that day. I wasted 30 minutes for nothing. It was a disappointing experience.

One of the things I love about KFC is that there are never any surprises when you walk in the door. You know what to expect in terms of food, timing, and cost. However, this particular restaurant was a disappointment in comparison. The taste was not as strong as usual, and it took much longer than expected to receive my 10 piece order - about 90 seconds. The price was also higher than I remembered, but that seems to be the trend everywhere. Despite these issues, I would still give it a 5-star rating if not for the lack of proper customer service. It was missing the friendly greeting and attentive service that I am used to. Franchisees should receive mandatory training on the importance of good customer service.

I buy here regularly, good food for a good price, friendly staff and manager! will buy again!
