La Terrazza - Ottawa

I have a drawing board that looked good and tasted good, but I'm low because I came home and had an annoyed stomach. Something must not have been very fresh...

I had a reservation in La Terrazza for a Friday night at 7 p.m. and even confirmed about OpenTable the night before. I came to the restaurant and the light was out and the restaurant looked closed. I tried to call the restaurant several times in the next 30 minutes but got no answer. I then had to try to find a last minute table in other restaurant for this event in Little Italy, which was incredibly frustrating as most restaurants were full. I found this experience very disappointing in the lack of communication from the restaurants.

The hostess was a spectacular guide to us directions. My sister and I visited this restaurant and it was renovated. We haven't been familiar with the area since we visited the city. We finally found the restaurant and it wasn't what we expected because they served only drinks and no food. When we got the kitchen closed, they only served laundry boards. That means the music was Popping, but we didn't stay because we wanted a really dinner to sit.

Had a reservation before when we were there we were disappointed to find out that they were only 3 choices of charcuterie boards we decided this was okay. We were great before dinner. This time they had shortened their options, and the board was missing.

Great vibe atmosphere. Delicious charcuterie boards. Will definitely go back again!
