Margarita - Ottawa

The service was quite bad (forgeted drink order, missing cutlery, dirty table). eating was no better pieces missing from the description in the menu, a pool of water at the bottom of my burrito bowl, aromen dirty and presentation terrible.

My word! eating here is incredible. these are authentic dishes prepared on site and filled with amazing aromas. the shrimp tacos were from this world and the Burrito-Loco for dessert was a little heaven. I hope I can come back soon. the newly designed terrace also offers many outdoor seating.

Great eating, drinks, service and fantastic terrace. great place to go before a game in lansdowne.

I have never felt the need to review a restaurant poorly but the whole ordeal was pretty terrible. We were a large party which I understand isn't easy to manage and we were willing to wait and be accommodating but... We got less water glasses than people seated at the table and waited about 45 minutes for the server to be reminded that some people didn't have glasses. They took half the table's drink orders and came back about 20 minutes later for the rest of the orders. Each set of drink orders took about 30 minutes (minimum) to be wrapped up. Most of the drinks were watered down except the one which was way too strong and a few which were decent. The server barely made eye contact, which again wasn't a huge deal initially because most of all get that the service industry is hard but they seemed to be actively avoiding us and ignoring some requests. SOME of the food took a full hour to get there and only half the table got their order and about 20 minutes later the rest of the table and most of our food was no longer hot. We don't really blame the server as they seemed to be working alone and could be having an off day or idk. It seems to be more of a management issue. If a restaurant can't accommodate large groups, that is totally fine, but it shouldn't accept large group reservations (this is to note that we didn't just show up Also they have a pianist playing on the patio and to put it kindly it was off key and loud, please pick one. Be loud and good, or off key but on the quieter side. Needless to say none of the group was happy about this entire situation and none of us will be returning.

Very cute vibe, I dined on taco Tuesday which was a lovely surprise. The decor is sweet, the drinks are delicious and the service was great teamwork !
