Contribuisci feedbackWe often complain about bad service, but rarely take them the time to praise good service. this mcdonald’s position is over standard. it is always clean and the staff is friendly and friendly. the manager works hard and has a friendly way. he seems to have a good relationship with his employees. my activities are in this part of the city, so I'm here a few times a week. I actually drive a few extra kilometers to come here for my coffee break or a snack. it is small, but efficient. I can't say enough about their exceptional service. they take care of customers.
This McDonald's location was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had at a McDonald's or any fast food restaurant for that matter. The food was almost inedible and of incredibly poor quality. The vegetables were subpar, with a lettuce end even included in my burger. The staff here serves food that they themselves would never eat. The prices charged at this establishment are unjustified given the low quality of the food. I recommend taking your money elsewhere. There is a great Harvey's just down the street.
I am at McDonald's on Montreal Road and I have been waiting for over 20 minutes for my meal because of their terrible service.
This is McDonald's, but the service at this location is professional, friendly, and top-notch. They truly deserve credit, especially considering that the crowd can be a bit sketchy. I was warned by someone who had just seen a sketchy person at a nearby table allegedly using drugs, but the staff handled the situation well.
It's a good restaurant as far as McDonald's goes, the staff here whenever I get a chance to actually buy McDonald's are pretty friendly and it has a calm atmosphere about it. They could definitely move faster when it comes to clearing lines and preparing food, but that's really the only critique I have for this place. It's generally nice and clean they keep up with the washrooms and have a nice playpen for the kids.I wouldn't jump for joy after leaving but I would definitely leave happier than when I came in which is very nice.Vegetarian options: They have a wide variety for vegetarians just ask the staffKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and a nice sized playpen that I've personally seen being sanitized and cleaned when not busy by staff to ensure your child's health and safetyParking: Decent size parking lot with designated spots for those with disabilities or mobility issuesWheelchair accessibility: All doors are wheelchair accessible as well as the bathrooms and there is plenty of room to maneuver around while inside the buildingDietary restrictions: McDonald's will, and I know this personally and for sure, will go out of their way to make sure any dietary restrictions are met. If you want no salt on your fries they'll fry up a separate batch with no salt, if you don't want certain toppings they can and will happily customize your order, I was actually employed by McDonald's in my 20s and was a great experience. And I can tell you that when McDonald's promotes a product as all beef or all white chicken, or whole chicken breast, it is actually that. The chicken breasts are cooked with water to the proper temperature and all the ingredients are what this company says they really are.Out of all fast food chains McDonald's really does take the podium, sorry A&W.
