Milano Pizzeria - Ottawa

Last night, the heart was very polite and made my eating perfect! best pizza and poutine I had in one. in any case, to see my new going.

Great experience! I’m from out of town and was looking for a good pizza place, Milano’s did not disappoint. Their homemade garlic dip ??

Yet another experinece with terrible service at this location. After placing an order at 5:45pm (with an expected delivery by 6:40pm), our order had still not been delivered by 7:15pm! Called the restaurant to inquire, and as the employee went to check with the delivery person, he hung up on me and never called back. Our order was not delivered until 7:30pm!! We live about 10 minutes away! Should have picked up. The delivery person gave us an extra drink and an extra garlic sauce for the delay This is not the first incident we've encountered at this location. Our last order was also delivered late and was incorrect. We were given a free meduim pizza for the mix up. In this case, a free drink and sauce doesn't cut it. Having to wait over an hour and a half for an order is not acceptable. We were repeat customers but given our last few experiences, we will not re-order from this location again. We want to support local business, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, but we will now be switching locations. Tried submitting an email via the website requesting a full refund but it doesn't go through. Shocking. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.

Haven't had Milano in a while. Came to this location and staff has extremely professional and polite. The pizza was delicious as I remember it and their garlic sauce was amazing! I recommend this Milano location.

Wow I ordered pizza there what a huge mistake ! When I questioned the bill, the guy on the phone was very very rude . If they have such contempt for the customer how do they treat your food ? Disgusted better food choices around to put up with this garbage. They most likely will go under , can't wait for that day.
