Pizza Hut - Ottawa

The pepperoni pizza was surprisingly good! Haven't had pizza hut in ages so it was a very enjoyable and welcome experience. The pepperoni itself was crisp and had a bit of spice to it.

It was hot but less cheese and more sauce. We didn?t get real test of pizza.

The manager at this restaurant was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called on behalf of my school to inquire about pizza day offers, but when I made a mistake in the date, he abruptly hung up on me. When I tried calling back, he refused to answer. I called from a different number to understand his behavior, and he yelled at me, claiming they had no offers. However, when I called another branch, the manager was kind and provided me with an offer. This manager not only displayed poor customer service but also lied to me. Overall, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

My son and I visited this restaurant earlier in the evening. They have relocated and are now located across the street from The Beer Store. The food was delicious and the customer service was excellent - friendly, helpful, and with a smile. We couldn't ask for anything better!

I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. The pizza I received was cold, and I did not enjoy the new pizza on the menu. The salad had too many hearts and was slimy. Additionally, my drink was incorrect. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager, but he said he was busy and would call me back in 24 hours. I am still waiting for that call, and overall, I am not satisfied with the service and the quality of the food.
