Pizza Pizza - Ottawa

Yesterday, I ordered 2 pizzas, my usual choice with extra flavor toppings of 2 Italian seasonings and 1 chili pepper. I always get this from my local store, but today I had to order from a different store. Unfortunately, the pizza they made was the most inedible I have ever had with my toppings. The chili was overpowering and we ended up having to throw it away. It is not acceptable if the amount of toppings varies from store to store.

I have never written a negative review before, but I feel the need to do so for this pizza restaurant. When I came in with friends and ordered a pepperoni pizza with pepper flakes on top, the cashier was about to enter the order when someone from the kitchen insisted it was only one topping allowed and we would have to pay extra for the pepper flakes. It didn't make sense, but eventually the cashier kindly gave us the pepper flakes. On a second visit, I ordered a spicy BBQ chicken pizza and once again, someone from the kitchen tried to serve it without the BBQ sauce, saying we would have to pay extra for it. It's called a BBQ pizza for a reason! Thankfully, the cashier provided the sauce at no extra cost. It seems like there is only one good person working there while everyone else has issues. This should be addressed.

I'm not sure why I keep ordering poutines at pizza places. They're never good. And this place wasn't an exception. I think I'm just a poutine addict. If you're coming here, just get the pizza.

A guy had a stroke in the store and they wouldn’t allow him free water and told us off and didn’t care about the man’s life. Made me pay 6$ for water for this poor man. Wouldnt let us use the washroom. Treated all customers poorly has rats as well.

Not only did pizza pizza up their prices by so much, they also shrunk their slices. More than half of the pizza pizza’s in Ottawa slices are 75% of their original size and like double what would be 5 years ago. Just walked in for a slice, saw them and just walked out. Would have paid $10 for a slice, drink and dip for 4
