Pizza Pizza - Ottawa

The manager refused to take my order at 12:55 am, stating that they were closing at 1 am. When I insisted on placing my order, he told me to file a police complaint. This is not an acceptable way to conduct business or treat customers.

This is the worst place I have been to. The staff member treated me poorly, which is not appropriate or acceptable. This behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

I have had good experiences at this restaurant before, but when I ordered something gluten free, they did not provide me with the gluten free option. I specifically asked for the gluten free chicken bites and confirmed with the staff that it was gluten free, but they seemed unaware of what I was referring to. Unfortunately, I did not receive the gluten free version and now I am feeling ill.

Over charged me for a Panzerotti and it completely fell apart when I was eating it. Also kind of light on toppings. Normally these are good but something definitely went wrong this time.

Do not go to this pizza pizza i’ve ordered large pizza after eating half pizza we saw slack bread whole pizza was like that, Message to the owner, if my children will got sick or something i will sue you,
