. Went on Sunday Sept. 8/2019, because I had company from out of town who wanted Italian food. Very disappointed in this place. It has gone down hill the...
Eating was absolutely terrible. my friend just got married, and she kept the reception there. big mistake! it was a mixed marriage, half were white men and the other half was not. all whites were served first (on the non-white table, it was a white person and he was served in the table before all others) there were errors everywhere and it was dusty. we had to complain that eating took too long, the non-white table had no water, no salt, no pepper. After we complained, they only started to send out the servers that were too busy, talk and surf the net. when we got to eat, it was disgusting! the salmon was like a piece of carton, the lasagne was dry without sauce. big! the food has taken forever. do not go here, it is too expensive for absolutely nothing. - Oh!
I would like to begin by saying that normally the food and the service here is quite good. I notice tonight that it is so outside the brand if it is a new trend, it should be known. my dish was cold, both pasta and sauce....The sauce was also very watery with almost no bark meat. I mentioned it to the server that was surprised and took it back. a few minutes later she brought out a new court. this time the pasta was warm, but the sauce was still cold until the bark in it was cold on the touch and tasted as if it sat on the counter for a bit. she returned later and asked how it was and I explained it was still cold and not deceitful. she offered a total replacement, but at this point my wife was almost done, so I didn't say thank you to her. She said she'd talk to the manager about what could be done. I wanted to say that the meal I had not eaten was removed. She returned later and said we had a free whisper. ok, not what I wanted, but good. then they brought us dessert. they did not give a menu and asked what we wanted, they chose what we had. that were the things I didn't like. When they came back later, I mentioned that, but they scrubbed it off. when I got the bill, my meal was still there. I mentioned that I don't think it's fair because I didn't eat it and she asked if I wanted to talk to her manager. I said I didn't think I had to pay and she repeated the question. I said yes and she said it well. a few minutes later she came back and said the manager would be in a short time together. a few minutes later she returned and said the manager would not come by and they would simply remove the meal from my bill. I never have to talk to the manager about the problems I had. I had bad meal times before and was offered a free dessert to make sure. They never had the choice of what I would have, and never had a manager refused to talk to a angry patron. my wife and I have been loving sealies ever and go there every month or two. but if this is the trend forward, cold eating and inaccessible management, I suspect that this will stop.
