We are big fans of Pho, and this restaurant is fantastic. We have ordered delivery from here twice, and each time we were impressed by the generous portion sizes. The spring rolls and General Tso's chicken were delicious as well. We highly recommend this place.
I believe the broth is what makes the Pho here delicious. The restaurant has a flavorful broth that enhances the dish. The rice noodles were cooked perfectly, with a nice texture, and the noodles were not soggy. The only downside is that there is no changing table in the restroom, so we had to change the baby's diaper on an empty table at the back of the restaurant. It was too cold outside to change them in the car.
My wife and I had dinner last night. We are not aware of Vietnamese foods, but we have found our dishes. The place is bright and completely absent every welcoming atmosphere. When I was equipped with a plate with a big chip from the edge, I knew we were not in a raised place. Portions were generous, so tonight again at home dinner, with a little more taste added. This was not a place to which we have a desire to return.
I used to live in Centretown and would often visit the restaurant on Bank Street. I was thrilled to discover that the same ownership had a location in Orleans as well. It was wonderful to see that the quality and menu remained consistent. The pho menu is always satisfying, and if you're not in the mood for soup, the rest of the menu is excellent.
