Shawarma Palace - Ottawa

I have to say this place offers one of the best if not top shawermas I've had in the Ottawa/ Gatineau area. Delicious huge portions. Nice staff. Def. Recommended.

I traveled from Toronto to Ottawa specifically to try out this shawarma restaurant, and it was disappointing. The chicken tasted undercooked and the wrap was very small. Additionally, the service was lacking as the server seemed to have an attitude while taking our order. I will not be returning to this restaurant during future visits to Ottawa.

The staff at this restaurant are friendly and sometimes even joke around. The food is consistently delicious and filling, often providing enough for leftovers. Thank you for valuing your customers!

The person working at the restaurant who cares a lot about their appearance intentionally contaminated customers' food and found it amusing, openly laughing about it with a colleague.

Great food. Especially the beef. Doesn’t have accessible doors, no changing table. Washrooms are gross with pink elephant jugs for washing in the stalls.
